The George Hotel, Weymouth, Dorset

Carole and Jay Leatherland took over The George Hotel at the end of March 2010, as a result of appearing on the BBC TV programme 'To Buy Or Not To Buy' - and this was the wild card!

The George Hotel was originally a large Victorian vicarage and is situated in a quieter area on the Dorchester Road, offering free parking space for all of our guests in our private, off-road car park.

It is our working plan to invest both time and money in refurbishing the hotel whilst we continue to provide friendly Bed & Breakfast accommodation, so do check back from time to time to follow our progress.

Our ten comfortable guest rooms and full English breakfasts cater for all who wish to enjoy this popular seaside resort and all the amenities it has to offer - tourists, contractors and business clients alike.

We are around 5 minutes walk from Weymouth's sea front and beach on the beautiful Dorset coast and approximately 15 minutes' walk from the town centre, marina, ferry port and railway station.
