Terms of Service
Arrival ⁄ Departure
* Rooms will be made available from 14:00 on day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure.
* Room and front door keys are provided and their loss may result in a charge of up to 250.00 for the replacement of locks and keys. All keys must be returned upon departure.
During Your Stay
* All guests are recommended to make full use of the free car park and we would remind that all cars are parked at owner's risk. Please ensure that your vehicles are secured and all valuables are out of view, as no liability can be accepted by the George Hotel.
* Adults will be responsible for the behaviour of their children.
* All guests are invited to make full use of the hotel facilities and relax, but they must not interfere with the enjoyment of others. In extreme circumstances, disrespectful guests may be asked to leave and fees may not be returned.
* Please report any faulty equipment immediately in order that we can remedy the situation as soon as possible.
* Any damages must be reported and charges may be levied for damage not considered fair and reasonable.
* Luggage may be left on the premises upon request.
Payment Conditions
* 10% Deposits are required for all bookings, payment of which can be made by credit ⁄ debit card or by cheque (made payable to The George Hotel) and within 14 days of reservation. Receipts will be posted by return. All deposits are non refundable.
* If guests need to cancel or curtail their stay, the balance of any paid fees may be refundable if we are able to re-let the accommodation.
* The proprietors reserve the right to amend these terms and the Room Tariff without prior notice.
